Note: By official regulation the purchase of USD in cash is restricted to $14,000.00 USD per month, whose establishments are located in municipalities or delegations in which it is economically justified that they are recipients of dollars in cash, based on the high flow of foreign individuals and the income of such individuals is significant with respect to the economic activity of the municipality or delegation in question, or in municipalities whose main populations are located within the twenty kilometer strip parallel to the international dividing line north of the country or in the states of Baja California or Baja California Sur.
