ARTICLE 51-B.- The Federal Government and the entities of the Parastatal Public Administration may not be held responsible for or guarantee the result of the operations carried out by the auxiliary credit organizations and exchange houses, nor may they assume any responsibility for the obligations contracted with their members or third parties.
